1. Introduction
Welcome to Amelia Grows. By engaging our services—including Lawn Maintenance, Lawn Mowing, Water Feature Installation, Garden Maintenance, Hedge Pruning, and Tree & Stump Removal—you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

  • Lawn Maintenance & Mowing: Regular mowing, trimming, and care for healthy lawns.

  • Water Feature Installation: Professional installation of fountains, ponds, and other water features.

  • Garden Maintenance: Ongoing care including weeding, fertilization, and plant upkeep.

  • Hedge Pruning: Shaping and maintaining hedges for safety and appearance.

  • Tree & Stump Removal: Safe removal of trees and stumps, including disposal where agreed.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide clear site access for equipment and staff.

  • Ensure pets, children, and valuables are safely away from work areas.

  • Obtain permits or approvals if required for removals or installations.

  • Follow provided aftercare instructions for lawns, plants, or water features.

4. Payments & Fees

  • Payments are due upfront or according to agreed schedules.

  • Extra charges may apply for unforeseen site conditions, emergency services, or additional labor.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of ongoing services.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before service commencement may be refunded, excluding material costs.

  • Services already rendered are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not available for living materials (plants, sod, etc.) once installed.

6. Service Warranty & Limitations

  • Amelia Grows ensures professional service delivery but cannot guarantee plant or turf survival due to weather, soil, pests, or lack of aftercare.

  • Warranties on water features apply only to installation, not manufacturer defects.

7. Liability

  • Amelia Grows is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing property conditions, underground utilities not disclosed by the client, or misuse of installed features.

  • We are not liable for natural events such as storms, droughts, or pest infestations affecting results.

  • Liability for damages directly caused by our negligence is limited to the total amount paid for services.

8. Intellectual Property
Garden designs, layouts, and plans remain the intellectual property of Amelia Grows unless full transfer is agreed in writing.

9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, unsafe work conditions, or violation of these Terms.
